So, that's probably enough videos - but you've probably just taken a trip down memory lane.
Isn't it incredible how a song, smell, or picture can take you back to this one moment in time where you heard the song or you smelt that smell or that picture was taken? You can remember everything about that moment so clearly - but I think it has a sadness to it, as well. That feeling of not being able to re-live that moment.
I know you shouldn't live in the past - but sometimes it's hard not to miss the old days.
I have a few songs that take me back to a particular moment in time.
I know, I know - I've linked you enough videos - but I can't help myself.
So, firstly. There's Panic At The Disco's album 'Pretty Odd'. This album is amazing - when I listen to this album it takes me back to my first stop in Europe - Sweden, with my dad. I remember being on a 4 hour train ride going into Sweden and staring into the scenery - with this album on repeat.
Then there's Tokio Hotel. My cousins in Macedonia loved this band and got me into them while I was over there. Listening to them now reminds me of us screaming out the songs on my cousin's balcony, basically everyday.
Excuse the change of hair colour, hahaha.
And this last song reminds me of when I was in Turkey. It was my last day before I had to fly home. I was listening to my iPod on the toilet and I dropped the iPod in the toilet - ON MY LAST DAY. So frustrating. Anyway - I still remember the song I was listening to before it fell in, hahahaha.
Happiness comes in many forms -- in the company of good friends, in the feeling you get when you make someone else's dream come true, or in the promise of hope renewed. It's okay to let yourself be happy because you never know how fleeting that happiness might be.
What's happiness to you? To me - it's having someone to talk to, to laugh with and create memories with. It can be your family, your boyfriend or your girlfriend - or it can be the people you choose to be the closest of friends with. I know how hard it is to confide in someone, so I find that choosing your friends is a hard task in this life.
This is a blog about my closest friends and who I consider to be just like family.
It's these beauty's that are so amazing.

You know those friends that you can always have a laugh with - even sitting in a room all night with these friends will make the night eventful. I think that's how you know that you have good friends.
These girls are apart of my happiness, and I love them for it.
Music.
For some, it may not mean much - just a song to dance to - a song to sing to, but for others it's something entirely different.
I know that for myself, music is something I resort to when nothing goes right and when I feel the worst has happened. Lyrics are the only thing I can relate to. I find it incredible that someone can combine lyrics and instruments to create a song that can mean so much to someone.
My love for music started in grade 6 when I began my obsession with Delta Goodrem. That's when I first began to understand the lyrics and meaning of a song. From there, my music taste changed and I got into bands like Simple Plan, Good Charlotte and Greenday. And then during a very shit duration of highschool, I got into more "emo" bands like The Used, My Chemical Romance, Story of the Year. It was then that I used music for comfort and it was basically how I expressed how I felt. From those bands, I got into more heavier music and started listening to bands like Bring Me The Horizon, Avenged Sevenfold, The Devil Wears Prada.
After this stage - my music taste shifted again and I started to listen to more alternative bands like Forever the Sickest Kids, All Time Low and Boys Like Girls.
It was around year 11 or 12 where all of this music combined and my music taste ranged from Heavy Metal to my favourite group - The Beatles.
It's quite insane to see how my music taste grew but I love the fact that I can now listen to practically anything.
I just want to share a few songs that will always be my one of favourites. You should definitely have a listen to them all.
The Beatles - A Day in the Life
Luke Pickett - And Asleep I Am Your Everything
Frank Sinatra - Strangers in the Night
Progress in Color - It's a Plague
Underoath - Writing on the Walls
Dance Gavin Dance - Lemon Meringue Tie
Death Cab For Cutie - I Will Follow You Into the Dark
This Providence - Chasing the Wind
Good Charlotte - We Believe
Hellogoodbye - Shimmy Shimmy Quarter Turn
McFly - Transylvania
Jacks Mannequin - The Mixed Tape
Something Corporate - Hurricane
The Scene Aesthetic - Beauty in the Breakdown
Trapt - Headstrong
These a just a few of so many songs that mean a lot to me.
I find that listening to these particular songs express a feeling which I can't even explain. It's that intro to a song or that one note that just makes you feel.
It's really hard to open up to a blog about your own experience to a song - because everyone experiences a song differently.
laughing(a): showing or feeling mirth or pleasure or happiness;
We all do it - right? I'd like to think so because if you don't, you'd be quite insane. Melbourne is currently holding it's annual Melbourne International Comedy Festival - and just the other night I saw one of my favourite comedians, Russell Kane. He was amazing, full of energy and of course, hilarious.
Look, he also replied to my tweet - laughing. LAUGHING! It was a great moment.
It's kind of scary when you laugh so hard you can't breathe and when you finally settle down just a little, you remember why you laughed in the first place and it's just a viscous but bloody enjoyable cycle. It's probably the most pleasurable pain someone can endure.
You know when you're with a group of people or you have a sleepover and you have that session where everyone sits in a circle and takes it in turns to tell a joke? I love that. Any reason to laugh is great.
Mi piace these comedians - go search these guys on Youtube. Ariana Mehmeti (I highly recommend her)

I just want to send a message to everyone:
I'm not looking for sympathy, but in saying that - I was in a car accident last night and I can't stress it enough that people need to be careful. Whether you're on your full license or on your P's or L's, there's always the chance of getting into an accident. There's nothing thrilling about it so be careful and be safe.
The experience has also emphasised on my realisation of how lucky I am to be alive.
Love your life, your family and don't take anything for granted. Life is amazing.
A kind message from Ariana Mehmeti
Now, moving onto something better!
I always drink more than 1.5L of water a day to make up for the shit that I consume. Hahahaha. I sound like I'm someone from The Human Centipede. But you know, junk food and what not
I have a weak bladder though which does not mix well with drinking that much water.
I made a mistake in driving to Torquay once with Liridon one day in Summer whilst drinking a 1.5 L bottle (to people who don't know where that is, it's about a 1 hour and a half drive) - and my other mistake was also refusing to stop at the petrol station because I thought I could hold it in.
BIG MISTAKE.
Now, it seems like I'm going to admit in telling you that I pissed myself - but, I didn't
Although, I almost did
We finally stopped at a McDonalds and ... you know when you really need to piss and as soon as you sit on the seat it just comes out? Yeah, that was me.
So, there's an insight of my urinary system everyone!
Hahaha.
Wow, I really know how to change a subject.
Today my dad and I caught a bus together. My mum had to drive dads car to work because her car was towed.
My dad has the flu so we went to buy him some medicine
Needless to say I had a great time with him despite his illness.
We had churros and coffee and we had a lot of laughs.
And that was my day today :)
